GMA Resources plc received notification on the 7th March 2008 by RAB Capital Plc (held within the Credit Suisse Client Nominees (UK) Limited account), that in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, on the 3 March 2008, it disposed of 12,203,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 3.44% of the issued voting share capital in the Company. Following the transactions, RAB Capital plc no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
