Arlington, Texas -- On Wednesday, March 19, Northwest Airlines and American Airlines raised their international fuel surcharges on flights to Europe by $20 roundtrip. "Currently, the fuel surcharges to Germany have increased from $170 to $190. To England fuel surcharges, on most international airlines, have increased from $222 to $242 roundtrip and to most other European destinations the fuel surcharge has increased from $210 to $230 roundtrip"- says Tom Parsons CEO of Bestfares.com.
