Keswick Homes, a division of Brookfield Homes Corp., is building an enclave of eight up-
scale homes within walking distance of the Potomac River at Mason Run, 9500 Ferry Hall Court in Alexandria.
The architecture firm of Sutton Yantis Associates designed these Craftsman-style homes, which can be customized with up to seven bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths.
Located in the vicinity of George Washington's historic Mount Vernon estate, the community rests in a prime area near Grist Mill Park, Washington Mill Park and Dogue Creek, in addition to the Potomac River for outdoor recreation. Old Town Alexandria and Pentagon City are nearby for shopping and dining.
