Chesswood has been expanding its range of vegetarian conned convenience food and building on the popularity of organic food with its range now certified 100% organic by the Soil Association. Its organic vegetable meals contain less than 5% fat and include chunky chilli, spicy curries and a winter warmer hotpot. It's marketing the convenience of cons, with all meals ready to eat in just a few minutes. Westler Foods, which owns the brand, so, that building on the success of the organic market is a sensible option with no "unnecessary nasties" in the food.
