LOAN ORGANIZER.COM, NEWTON, MASSACHUsetts, has announced that H&R Block Mortgage Corporation has licensed LoanOrganizer.com's proprietary online loan search engine nationwide in all 94 H&R Block Financial Centers and in H&R Block Mortgage's call centers in Florida and California. LoanOrganizer.com enables H&R Block Mortgage's loan originators to qualify a consumer mortgage application and match the consumer with mortgage loan products. The service is expected to be available nationwide by the end of 2000.

LoanOrganizer.com has also formed a strategic alliance with The Credit Network (TCN) to provide credit information and risk-based pricing decision technology at the point of sale. The alliance will give LoanOrganizer.com users the option of integrating credit information from TCN into the LoanOrganizer.com decisioning solution before running a product search.
