Del Mar: Caris considers coastal quarters comfy

Caris & Co. signed a 48-month, $626,000 lease for 4,000 square feet of office space on Camino del Mar in Del Mar from the Del Mar Building Group.
Caris is an investment banking and securities brokerage with offices in New York, San Francisco and Boston. The company has had a San Diego County presence since 2002 and moved from Del Mar Heights in San Diego to Del Mar in late February.
Fourteen employees work at the Del Mar office.
