CDM gets $36m contract for naval work in Guam

CDM Constructors has been awarded a $36 million contract for wastewater treatment plant repairs and upgrades at Naval Base Guam by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific.

The scope of work involves restoring design capacity and operational capability to the Apra Harbor Wastewater Treatment Plant in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency regulations.
