San Diego-based Indus Technology, Inc. has received a multimillion-dollar contract to provide bookkeeping and other contract administration services to the Department of Transportation.
The contract includes an initial year of work with four, one-year options. If all options are exercised the contract will bring Indus between $3.6 million to $4 million, said James Lasswell, the company's vice president.
The new contract calls for Indus to provide invoice management, contract closeout support and billing/financial reconciliation support. Additionally, Indus will track contractor performance, prepare task orders and task order modifications.
