San Diego Business Journal, June 2, 2008 by Andrew Schweizer
Bosa Development, developers of the Electra residential tower in downtown San Diego, says interior space improvements are under way in San Diego State University's 2,800-square-foot art gallery.
SDSU's space within Electra, located at 700 W. E St., is being donated to the school rent-free for 60 years. Tenant improvements are included in the gift, valued at $2.5 million, and are being completed by Bosa.
