Jack Abcarius has joined Nolte's San Diego office as the engineering manager of the civil design group. He has been a civil engineer in California for 19 years and spent five years as vice president at his previous firm and 10 years with the California Department of Transportation office of Structures Design.
Science Applications International Corp. has announced that John Fratamico has been named senior vice president and general manager of the Advanced Concepts Business Unit. Fratamico has more than 20 years' experience in systems technology, platform development and system delivery. He previously worked as the chief scientist at McDonnell Douglas Technologies.
