The Grand Del Mar has named Amy Butterfield its national sales manager. In this position, she will handle the West Coast market with an emphasis on banking, law, pharmaceutical and biotechnology. Butterfield has 20 years of catering and sales experience, including 15 years as director of catering and convention services for the Hyatt Regency La Jolla.
Active in the community, she is a member of the Red Rose Society of the American Red Cross and of Les Dames d'Escoffier.
