SAIC executive garners meritorious service award

Julius "JC" Caesar, Science Applications International Corp.'s senior vice president of product development in the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation group and a rear admiral in the U.S. Navy Reserve, has been given the Blacks in Government Meritorious Service Award for personal achievement.
The award recognizes outstanding military service members and civilians who have contributed to their branch in the Global War on Terrorism, the advancement of blacks and the promotion of equal employment opportunity in the Department of Defense.
