Invesco Real Estate has purchased Parkway Commerce Center, a 147,907-square-foot industrial complex, from the Janez Group for $25 million. The properly is located at 13651-13771 Danielson St. in Poway and fronts Scripps Poway Parkway. Industrial suites range in size from 5,800 to 8,700 square feet and research-and-development suites range from 1,900 to 6,000 square feet.
Mickey Morera and James Duncan of Burnham Real Estate as well as Ryan Smith of Buchanan Street Partners represented both buyer and seller.
