The property, located at 3915 Mission Ave., Suites 8 and 9, in Oceanside, is leased for 60 months. Lori Gertsch of D.W.A. Smith & Co. represented the lessee. Doug Hogan and Bill Barnett of Burnham Real Estate represented the lessor.
