New chief: Path 1 Network Technologies

New Chief: Path 1 Network Technologies has appointed Tom Tullie as its chief executive officer.
Tullie, 41, comes from Applied Micro Circuits Corp., where he spent nine years in several positions, most recently as chief operating officer.
Tullie had previously worked at S-MOS Systems, the North American semiconductor affiliate of Seiko Epson and Digital Equipment Corp.
Jeremy Ferrell, Path l's controller, was promoted to interim chief financial officer.
Path 1, which trades on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol PNO, develops systems that provide real-time video over the Internet. The company's stock finished at $2.78 Nov. 15.
Ferrell previously held senior-level finance positions at several other companies.
