Calderon Law Group launches governance plan called Compliance Direct

New Program: Calderon Law Group, PC, a San Diego boutique corporate law firm, recently launched a corporate governance program called Compliance Direct.
It helps directors, officers and 10 percent shareholders of public companies to more easily comply with accelerated Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
The streamlined service developed by the Firm efficiently gathers transaction information, prepare necessary reports while complying with SEC regulations, and files the report electronically before reporting deadlines.
