C'overing the waterfront

C'overing The Waterfront: The San Diego Unified Port District said it is using $2.9 million it received from the Department of Homeland Security to beef tip security systems. Among the contemplated uses are installing fiber optics communication networks and additional security for port properties, said John MacIntyre. the port's homeland security manager.
