Ashley Carper has joined BancorpSouth as vice president of commercial lending at the Pleasant Valley location. Carper is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a degree in finance. Kevin Couch has also joined as a loan officer at the branch at Shackleford and Kanis. Couch is a former lobbyist in both the public and private sectors in Washington, D.C., and has worked with the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce.
Rachael McCain has been named lender for the bank's Cantrell location. McCain has a degree in economics and finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
