Former Arkansas Sen. Tim Wooldridge of Paragould has been chosen to serve on the board of advisers for the Arkansas World Trade Center in Rogers. The mission of the ARWTC is to assist small to medium-sized businesses in international trade and to educate Arkansas students in global commerce.
