Apartments for sale

Did you hear that four apartment complexes are up for sale in northwest Arkansas and could go as a package or individually?
The asking price is $32 million for all the properties, which have 548 units and 32.9 acres. The deadline for bids was March 21, but Brad lames of Apartment Brokerage Team said he expects a couple bids to come in either Monday or Tuesday. So far, the bids for the package have apparently fallen below the asking price, James said.
Will those new offers bring in more?
"That'd be nice," James said.
The apartments listed by Apartment Brokerage Team include the Razorback in Fayetteville, Remington Place in Springdale, The Vineyards in Springdale and Remington Park in Siloam Springs.
