Don Soderqnist, former senior vice chairman of Wal-Mart Stores Inc., will be the keynote speaker for the Retail Business Symposium on May 9 in New York. He'll focus on the keys to effective leadership at the one-day leadership forum. He's currently the executive in residence of The Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics, an arm of the John Brown University at Siloam Springs.
