The owner of a luxury auto project in west Little Rock landed a $6 million mortgage.
Larock Properties LLC, led by Cyril Murphy III and Lee Owens, obtained the four-year loan from Red River Bank of Alexandria, La.
The 6-acre Jaguar and Land Rover dealership at 25 Colonel Glenn Plaza previously was tied to an April 2006 mortgage of $5.78 million held by the bank.
Larock bought the property in a 67/33 split for $2.5 million in August 2005 from Glenn Ridge Crossings LLC, led by Stephen Hockersmith, and LLEJ IV LLC, led by Leonard Boen.
