The owner of a Sherwood auto dealership picked up a $1.8 million loan.
North Little Rock Pontiac-Buick-GMC Inc., led by Bill Gwatney, landed the financing from Harold Gwatney.
The 4.4-acre Sherwood Pontiac-Buick-GMC development at 5700 Landers Road previously was tied to a December 2004 mortgage of $2.9 million held by General Motors Acceptance Corp. of Detroit.
The corporation bought the project for nearly $3.4 million more than two years ago from Argonaut Holdings Inc., led by Jay Malott.
