Little Rock Air Force Base officials say the base will lose more than 270 active-duty airmen over the next five years as part of the planned reductions nationwide. The base could, however, negate the loss because of the Pentagon's Base Realignment & Closure Commission decision to send additional C130 aircraft to the base.
