Foreclosure sale
Arkansas Business, May 12, 2008 by George Waldon
A 2.26-acre commercial property in south Little Rock drew a $232,194 foreclosure sale.
Bank of Little Rock recovered the 3410 W. Roosevelt Road project from Lori Mosby. The development was linked with a November 2004 mortgage of $250,000 held by the bank.
The property was bought for $80,000 in January 2002 from Dale and Eugenia McGinnis.
