Little Rock's Adams Field, Saline County Regional Airport and Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport will receive grants from the U.S. Department of Transportation

Little Rock's Adams Field, Saline County Regional Airport and Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport will receive grants from the U.S. Department of Transportation. Adams Field will receive $1.9 million to install taxiway centerline lights and in-pavement edge lights to improve night-time visibility.
Saline County Regional Airport will receive $411,240 to install taxiway lighting. Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport at Highfill is getting a $654,089 grant to expand its existing Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting building to accommodate required safety equipment.
