Maisons abode
Arkansas Business, May 11, 2009 by George Waldon
A 5,313-SF home in The Maisons neighborhood of west Little Rock's Chenal Valley development drew a $603,838 foreclosure sale.
Bank of New York Mellon took over ownership from William and Cherise McKay.
The residence was tied to a November 2005 loan of $576,000 from Bank of England that became part of a mortgage-backed security package.
The house also was linked with a June 2006 mortgage of $174,000 held by Regions Bank of Birmingham, Ala.
The location was purchased for $71,000 in February 2005 from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.
