The owner of a 143-room hotel in North Little Rock picked up a $1 million financial package.
Batesville Hospitality Inc., led by Jagdish Patel, received the one-year loan from First Community Bank of Batesville.
The Holiday Inn at 120 W. Pershing Blvd. also is linked with a May 2006 mortgage of $5.2 million held by the bank.
