Nearly 32 acres in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park tipped the scales at $1.24 million.
Novus Arkansas LLC of St. Charles, Mo., purchased the land between Sloane Drive and Lindsey Road from Kansas City Life Insurance Co.
Kansas City Life acquired the land as part of the $10 million acquisition of the former General Electric distribution facility at 6901 Lindsey Road. The seller was WKB Value Partners Ltd. of Newport Beach, Calif.
The limited partnership bought the nearly 60-acre development for $10 million in October 1997 from Warehouse Development LLC of Wichita, Kan., led by George Ablah.
The limited liability company purchased the property for $7.5 million in December 1995 from Champion Partners Ltd. of Dallas, led by Jeffrey Swope.
