Printing purchase
Arkansas Business, May 18, 2009 by George Waldon
A North Little Rock printing property tipped the scales at $1.08 million.
Leta Properties LLC, led by Stuart McGilvray, bought the Sherwood Printing project at 4601 E. 43rd St. The seller is WCK LLC, led by Glenda Keenihan.
The deal is financed with a $984,000 loan from Delta Trust & Bank of Little Rock and a 10-year loan of $100,000 from WCK.
The 1.4-acre development previously was tied to a December 2005 mortgage of $830,000 held by Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.
WCK purchased the property for $820,000 more than three years ago from Woodcrest Co. LLP, led by James Matthews.
The Matthews family acquired the land for an undisclosed sum in October 1963 from Jewell Van Hoozer.
