Jeff Beauchamp, president of Bedford Camera & Video, received Top Marketing Professional of the Year; Sumitra "Sam" Reid, vice president of operations of Coldwell Banker Advantage Realty, received Top Customer Service Professional of the Year; Sherri Jones, branch manager of Staffmark, was named SMEA Board Member of the Year for her work as vice president of programs and president-elect; and Jack Hendrix, speaker, consultant and trainer, was the SMEA Member of the Year.
