Cassady purchase

A 7,500-SF office building in southwest Little Rock drew a $200,000 sale.
Cassady Associates Inc., led by Tony Cassady, acquired the 4615 W. 61st St. project from David and Marilyn Webb, Lawrence and Barbara Traub and James and Kimberly Newsome.
The property was bought for $200,000 in April 1987 from H.K. and Isabelle Brewer.
The 1.5-acre development in southwest Little Rock and a 1.6-acre industrial site in North Little Rock are helping secure an 18-month loan of $15 million from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Ala.
The North Little Rock property at the northeast corner of Northshore Drive and Northshore Lane was purchased for $150,000 in November 2005 from Pfeifer Family Ltd. No. I, led by Eugene Pfeifer III.
