Baldor Electric Co. plans to sell its Reliance Electric power services business, according to a regulatory filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission

Baldor Electric Co. plans to sell its Reliance Electric power services business, according to a regulatory filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission. Baldor said the power services business is a small division of Reliance, with annual sales of about $70 million. Proceeds will be used to reduce debt.
