Cannon Express Inc. has dismissed Arthur Andersen LLP as its independent auditor, according to a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company has hired Tullius Taylor Sartain & Sartain to be its new independent auditor for the year ending June 30.
