> Pulaski Technical College received a $1 million grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration to double the size of its aviation technology center, a project it expects to complete next year. The North Little Rock two-year college said the move would allow it to train more workers for jobs in Arkansas' aerospace industry, which is projected to require thousands of jobs over the next decade.
