A 4,750-SF home in the Sezanne Court neighborhood of west Little Rock's Chenal Valley development changed hands in a $650,000 deal.
Michael and Theresa Huber acquired the house from Mark Baker Custom Homes Inc. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $417,000 and a 15-year loan of $168,000 from Regions Bank.
The residence previously was tied to a May 2007 mortgage of $540,000 held by Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.
The location was purchased for $80,000 in November 2006 from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.
