An instrument dated July 14, 2004 was admitted to probate as the Last Will of the above named Decedent, and the undersigned have been appointed Personal Representative thereunder. A contest of the probate of the Will can be affected only by filing a petition with the time provided by law.

All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. Provided, that claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the Decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of the notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded form any benefit on such estate.

Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described properties in Pulaski County, Arkansas:

S32' of Lot 9 and N10'of Lot 10, Block 410, Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Pulaski County, Arkansas

A strip of ground S of Lot 10, Block 410, Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being 10'N and S by 140'E and W, which was formerly platted as Rock Street

The properties described herein were conveyed to Haybar, Inc. via Limited Warranty Deeds issued pursuant to tax sales conducted by the Commissioner of State Lands, State of Arkansas under the provisions of Act 626 of 1983, as amended, after the property remained unredeemed following expiration of the time required by law. Haybar, Inc. subsequently transferred the above described property to Petitioner Haybar Properties, LLC.
