An instrument dated August 28, 2002, was on November 3, 2006, admitted to probate as the Last Will of the above named decedent, and the undersigned has been appointed Personal Representative thereunder, A contest of the probate of the Will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. Provided that claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of the notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in such estate. A strip of ground S of Lot 10, Block 410, Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being 10'N and S by 140'E and W, which was formerly platted as Rock Street
The properties described herein were conveyed to Haybar, Inc. via Limited Warranty Deeds issued pursuant to tax sales conducted by the Commissioner of State Lands, State of Arkansas under the provisions of Act 626 of 1983, as amended, after the property remained unredeemed following expiration of the time required by law. Haybar, Inc. subsequently transferred the above described property to Petitioner Haybar Properties, LLC.
All persons who can set up any right to the land so purchased in consequence of any informality or irregularity connected with the sale of the above described is hereby notified to appear herein to show cause why the sale so made should not be confirmed and title quieted in Petitioner.
