Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described properties in Pulaski County. Arkansas: W1/2 of Lot 4, Block 2 Garlands Addition. to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County. Arkansas

The properties described herein were conveyed to Carter-Taylor Properties via Limited Warranty Deeds issued pursuant to tax sales conducted by the Commissioner of State Lands, State of Arkansas under the provisions of Act 626 of 1983, as amended, after the property remained unredeemed following expiration of the time required by law. Carter-Taylor Properties subsequently transferred title to Petitioner Double H Holdings, LLC.
