Geoffrey Nyarota, a Fellow at Harvard University and editor of the Zimbabwe Times, will address a luncheon meeting of the Arkansas Committee on Foreign Relations at 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 23 at the Little Rock Club, atop the Regions Bank building. Nyarota's speech is titled "How the International Community Contributed to the Failure of Zimbabwe." Tickets are $18, which includes lunch.
