ICT Group to Add 250 Jobs at Conway
Arkansas Business, Oct 15, 2001
ICT Group will open a customer contact center at Conway next month that will add 250 jobs.
The Langhorne, Pa., company provides integrated customer relationship management services. The Conway operation, to be located in the I-40 Showroom Center, will provide market research services.
In 1999, ICT Group opened an inbound customer care contact center at Morrilton, which provides sales and service support for clients in the insurance and financial services industries.
"Based on the success of our Morrilton operation, we are confident that we will see the same results in Conway," said John J. Brennan, chairman and CEO of ICT.
Bill Hegeman, president of the Conway Development Corp., said, "This announcement validates the results of the economic development study we commissioned last year. That study indicated that we should target our marketing and recruitment efforts toward companies like ICT."
Fortune magazine recently recognized ICT Group as one of the nation's 100 fastest-growing small businesses in America. The company also was recognized by Forbes on its list of 200 Best Small Companies in America, and it has received awards in the Philadelphia region as a "Fast 50" technology company.
ICT has more than 8,000 employees and 40 customer service center in the U.S.
