River Market departures haven't created panic

"It's hard to pull money out of your pocket every month just to break even -- you can only do that so long," Patel said.
But he was looking at the River Market as a long-term investment.
Gomez said business owners need to be smart and not flood the street with bars.
"How many can a city of this size support?" he said.
Gomez said the River Market is in a transition period, and maybe the retail stores came too early.
Moses also said the transformation of the River Market will move slowly.
