Dr. Richard Evans joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences at Little Rock as a hip and knee replacement specialist. Evans also will be an assistant professor in the College of Medicine's department of orthopedic surgery. Evans was previously professor of clinical orthopedic surgery at the University of Missouri Health Sciences Center.
