On the 19th day of December, 2007, the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, Probate Division, appointed the undersigned as Administrator of the Ancillary Estate of the decedent in Arkansas.

All persons having claims against the Estate within this jurisdiction must exhibit them, duly verified,to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate. In addition, claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of first publication of the notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate.

Instruments date March 9, 1989, May 19, 1998, and September 3, 2002 together were on the 14th day of January, 2008, admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of the above named decedent, and the undersigned has been appointed executor thereunder. A contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law.
