The owner of two auto projects picked up a $660,000 financial package.
Evans Properties, led by Ralph, Paul and Darrell Evans, received the 21-year loan from Metropolitan National Bank.
The 1.9-acre Evans Motors project at 6701 Warden Road in Sherwood previously was tied to a January 2002 mortgage of $409,105 held by National Bank of Arkansas.
The Sherwood location was assembled in two deals totaling $442,000. The sellers are Southern Glass & Mirror Co., led by Charles King, $292,000 in May 2001; and PR Properties LLC, led by Paul Minton, $150,000 in January 2002.
The half-acre 2212 Broadway project in Little Rock previously was linked with a May 2001 mortgage of $276,500 held by NBA.
The Little Rock property was assembled in two deals totaling $105,000. The sellers were EA. Crockett, $65,000 in November 1991; and Gladys Anders, $40,000 in April 1995.
