AIA Says Florida WC System Needs Repair The Florida workers' compensation system is in serious need of repair, according to many American Insurance Association representatives. Florida needs an improved administrative system that would eliminate needless litigation, establish a predictable system, ensure fair competition, and review rehabilitation laws, said AIA representatives, during the recent Florida Workers' Compensation Educational Conference.
