RBH Sees New Opportunity In Prop. 103 CHICAGO--Proposition 103 may be a giant headache for the insurance industry, but it has made California a "prototype" of opportunity for Rollins Burdick Hunter Group. "We clearly have to evaluate the impact [of Prop. 103] on markets," said Patrick G.
