SAN FRANCISCO--The Alliance of American Insurers is calling on property and casualty insurers to work together as an industry "to assure our future is not undermined" by the Clinton Administration's health care reform plan. Rodger S. Lawson, president of the Schaumburg, Ill.-based Alliance, told the group's annual meeting here last week that it will convene a meeting in Chicago later this month for all interested industry institutions to exchange information and initiate cooperation on an industry-wide strategy.
