It's a buyer's market for most health care providers, lawyers and corporate decision-makers in need of professional liability coverage, according to consultants and insurance company officials contacted by the National Underwriter. And with already substantial capacity being bolstered by more insurers regularly entering these key markets, professionals will continue to benefit from strong competition for their business, the experts said.
While coverage may be generally available and affordable for a professional liability market segment overall often there are certain vulnerable areas where things aren't quite so rosy.
