While number of employment practices lawsuits has greatly increased over the last few years, and along with it interest in employment practices liability insurance, it will be some time before the coverage becomes "a standard buy," several industry sources contend. "I wouldn't be suprised if it involved into a standard product purchased, but I don't see it happening overnight," said Karen P.
